아니요. 영상 분석과 꾸미기는 모두 아이폰 안에서 이루어지고, 회사 서버로 보내지 않아요.
영상이 목록에 안 보여요.
10초 이상이고 아기 생일 이후에 찍은 영상만 보여요. "선택한 사진만" 허용했다면 영상 찾기 화면의 "사진 더 허용하기"로 영상을 추가해 주세요.
평생 이용권을 다른 기기에서도 쓰고 싶어요.
같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 프리미엄 화면의 "구매 복원"을 눌러 주세요.
환불하고 싶어요.
결제는 Apple이 처리해요. reportaproblem.apple.com에서 환불을 요청할 수 있어요.
앱을 지우면 컬렉션도 지워지나요?
네. 컬렉션은 기기 안에만 저장돼서 앱을 지우면 함께 지워져요. 사진첩에 내보낸 결과물은 남아요.

Are my baby's videos uploaded anywhere?
No. Analysis and decorating happen entirely on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to our servers.
A video doesn't show up.
Only videos 10 seconds or longer, shot since your baby's birthday, are listed. If you allowed "Selected Photos" only, tap "Allow more photos" on the Videos screen.
Can I use my lifetime unlock on another device?
Yes — on a device signed in with the same Apple Account, tap "Restore Purchase" on the Premium screen.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If I delete the app, is my Collection deleted?
Yes. The Collection lives only on your device. Exports already saved to Photos stay.
