개인정보처리방침

스태틱플로우(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 원활하게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 운영하는 "베베찰칵" 앱(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다.

한 줄 요약 — 베베찰칵은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원 가입이 없고, 아기 사진·영상은 이 아이폰 안에서만 처리되며 회사 서버로 보내지지 않습니다.

제1조 (처리하는 개인정보)

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 회사 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원 가입·로그인 기능이 없고, 광고·분석 도구(SDK)를 넣지 않았습니다.

제2조 (기기 안에서만 처리되는 정보)

앱은 기능을 제공하기 위해 다음 정보를 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리합니다. 이 정보는 회사에 전송되지 않습니다.

사진·영상 — 이용자가 허용한 사진첩의 영상을 읽어 아기의 표정이 바뀌는 순간을 찾습니다. 분석은 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
아기 정보 — 이용자가 입력한 태명·이름·생일·성별·체중은 기기 안에만 저장되며, 날짜(D+일) 표시와 꾸미기 문구에 쓰입니다. 모두 입력하지 않아도 됩니다.
컬렉션·분석 기록 — 이용자가 담은 클립·사진과 분석 결과는 기기 안에 저장됩니다.

내보내기를 하면 결과물이 이용자의 사진첩에 저장됩니다. 그 결과물을 인스타그램 등 다른 서비스에 올리는 것은 이용자가 직접 하는 일이며, 이때는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

제3조 (유료 서비스 결제)

평생 이용권 결제는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 결제 수단 등 결제 정보는 Apple이 수집·처리하며 회사는 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부를 확인하기 위해 Apple이 기기에 제공하는 구매 기록만 기기 안에서 확인합니다.

제4조 (보유 및 파기)

기기 안에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 회사가 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다.

제5조 (제3자 제공 및 처리위탁)

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다.

제6조 (정보주체의 권리)

이용자는 언제든지 아이폰의 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 사진에서 앱의 사진 접근 권한을 바꾸거나 끌 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하여 기기 안의 정보를 모두 지울 수 있습니다.

제7조 (아동의 개인정보)

앱은 보호자가 아기의 영상을 정리하기 위한 것으로, 아동으로부터 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

제9조 (방침의 변경)

이 방침을 바꾸는 경우 이 페이지에 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how StaticFlow ("we") handles information in the BebeClick app ("the app").

In short — BebeClick does not collect personal data. There is no account, and your baby's photos and videos are processed only on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to our servers.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect or store any personal information on our servers. The app has no sign-up or login, and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Information processed on your device

To work, the app processes the following only on your device. None of it is sent to us.

Photos and videos — the app reads videos in the photo library you allow, to find the moments your baby's expression changes. Analysis happens on-device.
Baby details — the nickname, name, birthday, sex, and weight you enter stay on your device and are used for day counts (D+) and captions. All are optional.
Collection and analysis history — clips and photos you keep, and analysis results, are stored on your device.

Exports are saved to your photo library. If you then share them on other services such as Instagram, that service's privacy policy applies.

3. Purchases

The lifetime unlock is processed by the Apple App Store. Apple handles your payment information; we never receive it. The app checks the purchase record Apple provides on your device.

4. Retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. We retain no personal data.

5. Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties.

6. Your choices

You can change or revoke photo access anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, and delete all on-device data by deleting the app.

7. Children

The app is meant for parents and caregivers organizing videos of their baby. It does not collect information directly from children.
